You can start out with one of the shorter runs on the 18th, 2 to choose from, and then enter one of two longer races the next day now that your warmed up and ready to run! Enjoy the fabulous routes chosen though the town of Kahului, through the winding mountains and along the ocean. To run an Olympic style marathon, a runner must know many different aspects of running, such as pacing themselves - the race runs for hours - advanced endurance techniques, and even sprinting techniques, which are most likely to be utilized in the last leg of the marathon in an attempt to win.
